Laks Store (www.laksstore.com) began with a very small curated selection of fashion accessories, home decor accents, and kids' toys, and we are growing steadily while keeping every order personal and thoughtful.

  • Processing Commitment: Orders placed before 7pm are packed and handed over to the delivery partner on the same day; you receive an AWB along with tracking details so you can follow your order status inside the application.
  • Shipping Rates: All shipments carry a standard Rs. 60 shipping fee.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery reaches you in 1-3 business days; some remote pin codes or oversized pieces may add a day or two.
  • Domestic Coverage: We currently ship across mainland India with trusted courier partners. If you need delivery to a remote area, just get in touch and we will do our best to arrange it.

Return & Exchange Policy

We work hard to ensure every product reaches you carefully packed and in perfect condition.

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item is delivered.
  • The issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery with clear photos.
  • The product must be unused and in the original packaging.

⭐ How to Raise a Replacement / Support Request

Follow these quick steps for a smooth and fast resolution:

  1. Step 1 — Login: Visit www.laksstore.com and use your registered email or mobile number.
  2. Step 2 — Go to “My Orders”: After logging in, open the My Orders section to view all your past purchases.
  3. Step 3 — Select the Order: Locate the product/order for which you need support and click “Raise Support Ticket / Replacement Request.”
  4. Step 4 — Upload Evidence: Add the required photos, unboxing video, or any supporting details directly in the form.

Our support team will review the case and respond at the earliest.

🔒 Once submitted

  • You can track your ticket status anytime via My Orders → Support Tickets.
  • Our team may reach out via Email, WhatsApp, or Phone if additional information is required.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once the return is approved. Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted when the refund is calculated.

Damaged or Defective Items

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours so we can arrange a replacement or store credit quickly.
